Appointment Policy
We will make every effort to schedule your appointments as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation every attempt will be made to see you that same day. For that reason, if you need to change a scheduled appointment, we require that you provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice to give us the opportunity to fill the allotted appointment time. Please note that if you are a no show to your appointment or cancel your appointment without at least 24 hours notice, a $75 cancellation fee may be charged.
We also know emergencies happen and at times may cause you to run behind. For that reason, we give all patient a grace period of 15 minutes and anything beyond that we’ll have to reschedule your appointment. Because time is valuable and our office prides itself on patient satisfaction, we do our best to stay on schedule.

Insurance & Financial Policy
At Dr. Arvan’s office we provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement so as a courtesy we file with all insurance companies. We partner with Delta Dental, MetLife Dental, Aetna PPO Dental, Anthem Dental, and Cigna Dental.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Care Credit, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
